The problem with promising vs. executing.
Apparently, TCO-The Infallible made a promise he couldn't keep. But don't worry, the spin will be, "New and Improved-Glory to Him Who Was Chosen". The media will love it and the Obamalove will only grow stronger and deeper. Expect higher approval for continuing a Bush-era policy.
Two words: Empty.....Suit.
