What is it? It's more lunacy from California, the Land of Fruits and Nuts, that's what it is.I think their theory is that the car's air conditioner has to work harder and therefore uses more gas.How about just build one nuke plant and shut down one old coal plant instead?
How about building TWO nuke plants, tearing down all of Washington DC to do it?
