I can think of little news better than this. "Smear campaign"? Only if using a persons words and deeds amounts to a "smear campaign".
Everyone who exposed, complained, discussed or otherwise took action on this guy gets the credit. He had no business being nominated int he first place.
Jones said he has been "inundated with calls from across the political spectrum urging me to stay and fight."
Sure. If that were the case, he would have stayed.
