Make sure to bring in the "Evil Christian Sunday School Teacher" angle.
I'm n ot so sure I have a problem with identifying her in that way as much as I have a problem with not identifying certain others in the same manner. For example, Muslim terrorist or illegal immigrant who commits a crime...you get the drift. It's been open season on the Judeo-Christian world for some time now and I think I'm tired of it.

I interpreted the mention of "Sunday school teacher" in the headline the same way I would "day care worker" or "Girl Scout troop leader" -- it's a simple fact explaining that the killer was a trusted individual with access to children. I didn't see it as hostile to religion (Judeo-Christian or otherwise).
And I don't necessarily disagree. My question (which I should have worded better) is would they have said the same thing for, say a leader of a Mosque? Maybe.
I suspect they would have said the same thing for the leader of a mosque (or other Muslim cleric) if that is how the perp got access to the child.
You are probably right. But if the perp was an atheist?
